Jasna Mak, Project Manager at the Regional Development Agency for Podravje (RRA)

Within the Eonomy course of the Economist study programme, we hosted Ms. Jasna Mak, consultant, clerk and project manager from the Regional Development Agency for Podravje (RRA Podravje).

The lecture was aimed at providing a detailed insight into the process of registering a company and providing key information for future entrepreneurs. Ms Mak presented the steps that need to be taken to set up a business and highlighted the most common challenges faced by entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. She also presented the different projects implemented by RRA Podravje and explained how entrepreneurs can benefit from the support services offered by the SPOT point.

The main objective of the SPOT Counselling Podravje project is to increase the level of information and knowledge among entrepreneurs, enabling them to better face the challenges that arise at different stages of the entrepreneurial cycle. In addition, the project encourages early entrepreneurial activity and contributes to the creation of new businesses and the improvement of the growth and development of existing ones. Such comprehensive support is key to strengthening the entrepreneurial environment in the region, which has a direct impact on the economic growth and sustainable development of the Podravje region.
