The link between sustainable business practices and employee satisfaction was examined in our thesis entitled The Impact of Sustainable Business Practices on Employee Satisfaction at Rosenbauer d.o.o. Nowadays, it is more important than ever for companies to take care of the environment, society and sustainable development, as these factors not only affect their reputation, but also the well-being of their employees.

In this study, we examined how sustainable practices influence Rosenbauer’s culture and which elements of these practices have the greatest impact on employee satisfaction. We looked specifically at how corporate social responsibility, economic sustainability and environmental measures affect a number of aspects of employee satisfaction, including motivation, loyalty to the organisation and overall job satisfaction. In addition, we have looked at how artificial intelligence is helping to implement these processes and examined the effects on employees.

In the theoretical part, we first explained what sustainable practices are, how they work and why employee satisfaction depends on them. The survey we conducted among Rosenbauer employees served as the basis for the empirical part of the thesis.

Employees were asked about their opinions and experiences of the company’s sustainability policies and how these activities affect their sense of security, interpersonal relationships and working conditions. A questionnaire was used to find out how sustainable practices such as social responsibility, environmental conservation and ethical business practices affect employee happiness.

The results of the survey showed that Rosenabuer’s environmental initiatives have a positive impact on employee happiness. The company’s concern for the environment and society is one of the main reasons for employee satisfaction.

In addition, artificial intelligence plays an important role in helping the company to successfully implement these processes, which improves working conditions and increases employee happiness.

In summary, sustainable business practices are key to both employee satisfaction and company success. We have advised Rosenbauer to continue to create sustainable practices as they help the company and its employees in the long term.
