Guest lecture by Ana Lešnik, Director of Lana inženiring d.o.o.

As part of the Insolvency Procedures course within the Economist – Accounting & Finance module with lecturer Ms. Milena Sisinger, we hosted Ms. Ana Lešnik, Director of Lana inženiring d.o.o., a company providing accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax consultancy services.

Guest lecturer Ms. Lešnik covered accounting in insolvency proceedings in her lecture. Throughout the lecture, she described the accounting aspects of insolvency proceedings based on her own experience. She described the accounting tasks at the start of insolvency proceedings, where the insolvency administrator takes over the accounting and the accounting in compulsory liquidation proceedings. The lecture was concluded with a presentation of practical examples and exercises for students.
