Guest lecture by Almir Talić, Inspector of the Internal Affairs Inspectorate (IRSNZ)

In the framework of the Security Planning course of the Security Engineering Programme, we were joined by Mr Almir Talić, Inspector of the Internal Affairs Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (IRSNZ).

In the guest lecture, Mr. Talić presented the work of the IRSNZ: how an inspector adjudicates a situation based on evidence, the appeal procedures, how and where training is organised and implemented, safe zones and the rules of equipment and conduct in a given situation. One of the main topics was the use or rental of shooting ranges and who can rent which ranges.
