Guest lecture by Simona Lobnik Ambrožič from Evra agency

In the framework of the Business Communication and Management course, which Dr Andrej Novak taught to the students of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Security and Computer Science, we hosted Mrs. Simona Ložnik Ambrožič from the Evra agency, who takes care of the development of work groups and the improvement of internal processes within companies.

On 26 March 2025, the Business Communication and Management course hosted a guest lecture by Ms. Simona Lobnik Ambrožič. The topic of the lecture was “Developing and Building Relationships within Work Groups”, where Ms. Simona Ambrožžobranička presented the lecture on the topic “Developing and Building Relationships within Work Groups”. Ms Lobnik Ambrožič presented in detail the key aspects of successfully creating and maintaining good relationships in work environments.

The lecture covered various factors that influence work group dynamics, such as communication, trust, teamwork, and conflict resolution. The guest lecturer presented students with practical tips on how to effectively manage and develop positive relationships within teams, which is key to success in a business environment.
