Panel of Lecturers
The school’s lecturers gather on at least three meetings per year; more meetings are organised, if needed. During the year, they communicate with the headmaster. The lecturers are informed about all events and novelties verbally and in written form per e-mail. Once every three months, the lecturers are informed per e-mail about any exclusive novelties, regarding them. The Panel of Lecturers works towards a high quality execution of the school’s programs and towards the achievement of set goals. The Panel of Lecturers is lead by the headmaster.
The tasks of the Panel of Lecturers:
- evaluates the performance of educational work,
- offers opinions on the annual work plan,
- offers opinions on the school’s long-term programme development and on the use of contemporary education methods,
- handles the annual report,
- passes rules for adapting studies to students with special needs,
- offers opinions on proposals for the appointment of the headmaster,
- takes initiative for the promotion of associates and gives opinions on the headmaster’s proposals,
- appoints the schools lecturers and instructors,
- cooperates with the students,
- presents examples of good practices.
